妊娠合併卵巢囊腫：手術治療還是保守性治療？

Pregnant women complicated with ovarian tumor: conservative or surgical treatment?

在懷孕中，被診斷有卵巢腫瘤時，除了考慮保守的追蹤治療以外，這是因為生理性的囊腫，一般會隨著懷孕週數的增加，而消失以外。其他需考慮以下三個可能的併發症。包括，扭轉，破裂及癌症的可能性。扭轉最容易發生在第一妊娠期以及第二妊娠期的初期，而且腫瘤大小介於5公分至10公分之間，此時風險最大。所以藉由以下一個病例報告，我們討論懷孕中婦女伴隨有卵巢腫瘤的治療方式。

When the pregnant women are found to have ovarian tumors, the two strategies can be used. One is conservative treatment, such as wait and see, and the other is surgical intervention, because we should consider the following possibility, such as functional ovarian cysts (follicular cyst or corpus luteum) and pathological tumors which might be complicated with torsion, rupture and malignancy. The following is a case report to describe a pregnant woman with ovarian tumor. The general rule of practice is reviewed.
