意外發現罕見的過渡性卵巢布倫內羅氏瘤

卵巢的布倫內羅氏瘤（Brenner tumor）是一種較罕見的腫瘤，多好發於單側的卵巢，佔所有的卵巢腫瘤1%－2%，又分為良性、過渡性以及惡性腫瘤。最常見的布倫內羅氏瘤是良性，過渡性及惡性腫瘤皆為少見，因此現有文獻多為案例報告，針對惡性的布倫內羅氏瘤的治療方法目前也沒有肯定的定論。本案例報告，就是在分享一位過渡性布倫內羅氏瘤（Brenner tumor）的病患其相關診斷、治療及後續追蹤的狀況。

Brenner tumor of the ovary is rare, accounting 1-2% of ovarian tumor. The majority of the Brenner tumors are benign, but somtimes, borderline and malignant Brenner tumors can be found. The treatment of malignant Brenner tumor is still uncertain. The current report is a 67-year-old woman with borderline ovarian Brenner tumor. We discuss the clinical characteristics, treatment, and outcome.
