臺灣的更年期婦女常由於傳統女性的角色,而沒有建立規律運動的習慣。八段錦運動是結合知覺、感覺高度統合的運動,非常適合作為現代更年期婦女簡易、方便的自我養生保健之運動。國內雖有許多中醫師推廣八段錦,但針對更年期婦女運動成效的相關研究仍十分匱乏。本研究旨在探討八段錦運動介入對更年期婦女困擾症狀、骨質含量之成效。研究設計採類實驗前、後測研究。研究對象來自北區未規律運動兩處畫畫班學員之40-60歲之更年期婦女,實驗組和對照組各27人。研究者以一對一的教導方式,第一週採個別親自教導方式,使研究對象返家後能正確執行八段錦運動,並以每日執行早晚二次,每次10-15分鐘,期間共十二週,再以電訪或家訪確保研究個案的正確執行。其成效之評估方式分別採取,主觀資料為更年期困擾症狀量表;客觀資料利用in body測量儀檢測骨質含量作為前後測比較。本研究結果顯示:規律的十二週八段錦運動介入可減緩骨質含量之流失;更年期症狀困擾整體評分、心血管舒縮系統、骨關節系統、心理精神系統達統計意義。根據以上結果建議,可以提供國內施行八段錦運動在社區家庭中更年期年婦女作為居家自我健康保健之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Few perimenopausal women have regular excise in Taiwan. Baduanjin sport is a traditional Chinese excise that integrates body and mind for health promotion. However data regarding the usefulness of Baduanjin sport among perimenopausal women are sparse. The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to assess the effectiveness of Baduanjin sport for perimenopausal women in northern Taiwan. The Baduanjin sport intervention included one-on-one teaching and telephone follow-up to help women practice Baduanjin exercise 10-15 minutes twice per day for twelve weeks at home. Fifty-four women aged 40 to 60 were recruited from one Buddhism painting club. Twenty-seven women were in the experimental group and 27 women were in the control group. Exercise effectiveness was assessed based on the following dependent variables-- bone mineral mass and perimenopausal disturbance scores using questionnaires before the study and 3 months after initial recruitment. Changes in the scores were compared between groups. The experimental group had a significantly lower perimenopausal disturbances score and lower loss of bone constitution compared to the control group. Baduanjin sport is a good home exercise. The results suggest that this exercise can be regarded as a health promotion tool that can be practiced at home by perimenopause women. |
