The screw manufacturing industry is quite prosperous, and the screws produced are spread all over the world. However, through factory visits, the on-site noise of the screw manufacturing industry was as high as 95 dBA, and the noise exposure dose reached 200% during the whole working day, which was much higher than the safety standard. The objectives of this study are to establish a noise source survey measurement technique for the screw manufacturing industry through factory visits, to use the spectral analysis technique as basis to establish sound source diagnosis and a noise improvement assessment model, and to complete the case of screw manufacturing improvement design patterns for cost-effectiveness analysis, assessment, and comparison. The application of this simulation analysis technology to improve the noise of the screw factory can enable decision-makers to clearly understand the functions of the improved projects used and the improvement project funding, so that decision-makers can greatly improve the confidence and effectiveness expectations of the choice of improvement project. |
