防止綠蘆筍母莖倒伏對其生育及產量影響之研究

The Effect of Prevention Mother Stem Lodging on Growth and Yield of Asparagus

綠蘆筍摘除母莖三分之一上部，再加竹柱織線防止倒伏，所得之產量最高。摘除三分之一上部之母莖或不摘莖，因倒伏使管理、施肥、採收等工作不便，且產量亦受影響，而摘除三分之二母莖上部者，則容易刺激母莖下部之芽體萌發，因此消耗大量養份，使母莖壽命減短，容易老化，勢必增加更換母莖之次數，消耗更多養份，使產量降低，同時易刺激母莖下部芽體之萌發，使枝葉密於地面附近，促使綠蘆筍嫩莖日照不良，因之著色不夠，影響品質。

The results of this experiment indicated float mother stem of green asparagus is easily to lodge and apparently which will short the age of mother stern, decrease its yields. The best treatment was shown to cut down 1/3 in soother stem of green asparagus and to use bamboo's bracket and iron wire to prevent it from lodging.
