枇杷結果枝葉數與果實重量及品質關係

Relationship between Leaf Number and Fruiting on the Shoot of Loquat Trees

1.本試驗乃探求茂木種枇杷結果累枝上葉數多少對果實重量，可溶性固形物及果酸含量的影響。2.在每果穗留有六枚果實下，結果枝上40片葉對30片葉及20片葉在可溶性固形物含量有顯著的差異。但在每果穗平均果重及果酸含量上差異不顯著。3.該試驗認為茂木種枇杷結果枝上留有六枚果實時，應有40片葉才能增進果實的品質。

The relationship between leaf number of the Mogi loquat bearing shoot and average of fruit weight, total soluble solids and total acid was studied. In this study a constant number of six fruits in each fruit bunch was used. It was found that the total soluble solids in the 40-leaf plot was higher than in the 50 and 20-leaf plots, but the average of fruit weight and total acid were not significantly different. The results of this study suggest that the fruit quality may be increased when there are six fruits and 40 leaves on the bearing shoot.
