各種椪柑砧木之親和性與抗病性之研究

STUDIES ON CONGENIALITY AND DISEASE RESISTANCE OF VARIOUS STOCK FOR PONKAN

本試驗於1963年至1964年在臺灣省立中興大學柑桔試驗場內進行，採用之砧木共廿八種，其中有四種因株數過少未列入，研究之主要目的為各種砧木對椪柑之親合性及其對黃龍病之抵抗力，仍在繼續進行中，茲將初步之結果摘要敘述如下：（1）各種砧木對黃龍病之抵抗性表列如下：椪柑接於各種砧木上，經接種黃龍病後其反應列如表。椪柑接於各種砧木上，經接種黃龍病後其反應如表上表各種反應尚須繼續作接種試驗始能作最後之確定。（2）各種砧木對椪柑之親和性最初步之觀察均甚佳良，至於適應性之觀察，尚須二、三年後方可確定。

This is a long term experiment so the results are just a primary conclusion and may be summarized as follows: (l) The rootstocks No. 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 26, and 27 are shown susceptible to quick decline, they are discarded in the further stock test. (2) The stocks of No. 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, and 25 are shown tolerant and No. 11, 12, 16, and 28 are shown uncertain to quick decline, they are continuing to transmit the quick decline by tissue grafting and to observe their reaction. (3) The difference of growth of scion and stock will be continuing to observe to determine their final result of congeniality.
