Rooting of Peach Sprouted Nodal Cuttings

以桃樹春季新長出之嫩梢為插穗，在網室中進行噴霧扦插繁殖，將前穗基部削皮創傷，並以IBA 500ppm處理，扦插介質以泥炭土／珍珠石（1/4）組合之發根率效果最佳，可達92%。本試驗結果提供桃密植栽培所需大量經濟苗木之一可行生產途徑。

Clones of peach were successfully propagated from sprouted nodal cuttings. Cuttings showed the best rooting when base wounded, treated with IBA (500 ppm) and under a mist environment. Peat moss/perlite (1/4) was used as the propagation medium. This results provide the massive and inexpensive source of nursery trees for high density planting of peaches such as meadow orchard.
