1.韭菜×蔥與韭菜×洋蔥之蒴果發育在授粉後8天開始黃化、萎縮。2.韭菜為雜交母本時,初期胚囊內反足細胞分裂異常,胚乳細胞核及胚細胞核在授粉後5天(蔥為父本)及8天(洋蔥為父本)開始減少。3. 韭菜為雜交親本時受精率低,發育之雜交蒴果內也僅具種皮而無胚等存在,可能為兩親本基因及染色體不協調,使種間雜種不稔。 |
英文摘要 |
1. The capsules turn to yellowish color and began to shrink in chinese leek × welsh onion and chinese leek X onion at 8 days after crossing. 2. The antipodal nuclei divided abnormally in the embryo sac at early stage when using chinese leek as female parent and the number of endosperm nuclei and embryo nuclei began to decrease at 5 th and 8th day when pollinated by welsh onion and onion respectively. 3. Percent fertilization was low when using chinese leek as parent and crossed to welsh onion and onion. The development of capsule contains seed coat only without embryo which possibly caused by incongruity between gene and chromosome of crossing parents. |
