種植物生長素Ethrel, GA, NAA中,Ethrel 5000 ppm處理區對大蒜株高,在人工氣候室之30/25℃及20/15℃溫度下,均有顯著抑制效果;在田間試驗總分5000 ppm處理區有抑制生長之效,而7500 ppm處理區與對照區則無差異。。GA在上述兩溫度下對株高無增長之效果,且在田間試驗部分,高濃度處理400 ppm區,植株高度較GA 100 ppm及對照區顯著為低,同時在葉腋有新葉長出及植株基部有分葉發生,此或為導致株高較低之主要原因。NAA處理區對株高之影響不明顯,在20/15℃下,因品種而有差異。至於對大蒜結球之影響,三種生長素皆無顯著效果,僅GA對蒜瓣數目之增加有顯著效果,並發現蒜瓣在未成熟前,已萌發抽葉,此點可能對今後種蒜快速繁殖上具有重要之實用價值。 |

Ethrel, GA, and NAA were the three growth regulators used in this. experiment Ethrel was the only one which showed effect to plant height. Under phytotron condition at 30/25℃ and 20/15℃ all showed prominent supressing effect. Under field experiment condition in 5,000 ppm plot there expressed growth supressing effect while in 7,500 ppm plot it remained unaffected like the check plot. Under the two above mentioned temperatures GA had no elongation effect on plant height of garlic. Under field experiment in high concentration plot such as 400 ppm the obtained plant height was even consistently lower than those of GA 100 ppm and the check plot. In the meantime new leaves and tillages were formed to occur in these plants. This has been attributed to be caused for the lower plant height. As to the effect of garlic bulbing, all these growth regulators did not show any conspicuous effect Nevertheless, noticeable effect was found in the increment of number of cloves by GA treatment, and the fact that these cloves would sprout before maturation. There is probability this may be used as a means in rapid propagation of garlic in the future. |
