胺化穀殼（穀肥）處理對清潔蔬菜生產效果之研究

The Effect of Ammoniated Rice Hulls on the Yield and Quality of Leaf Vegetable Production

本試驗為探討胺化穀殼（穀肥）處理對清潔蔬菜生產之效果，穀肥清潔輕鬆、肥效高、含氮量1.5-2.0%可代替堆肥既肥等有機質肥料，再加化肥、清潔之地下水或自來水灌溉、土壤消毒，於多風雨之時採用網室及高畦栽培，蔬菜幼苗期施用低毒性農藥防除病蟲害。環境清潔，成株則病少，可獲得真正清潔之蔬菜。穀肥在土壤中經硝化細菌作用成為硝態氮供作物吸收利用。以每十公畝二公噸穀肥作為基肥，適合於結球蒿苣類較長時期之葉菜類生產；每十公畝一公噸適合於莧菜、茼蒿、葉芥菜等較短時期之葉菜類生產，並且穀肥為長效性之緩效性肥，其肥效可持續至第二期蔬菜栽培利用。

The purpose of this study is to determine effect of ammoniated rice hulls on the quality and yield of leaf vegetables. This experiment consisted of four kinds of leaf vegetable. Randomized complete block design was used for each vegetable with three treatments and three replications. Three treatments were as follows: A.2.000kg ammoniated rice hulls per 0.1 ha. with chemical fertilizer. B.1.000kg ammoniated rice hulls per 0.1 ha with chemical fertilizer. C. Chemical fertilizer only. The result showed that 1,000kg ammoniated rice hulls per 0.1ha. treatment was very good for most leaf vegetables production, but 2,000kg ammoniated rice hulls per 0.1 ha. treatment was the best for head lettuce. Ammoniated rice hulls is very light and clean, it is satisfactory, for sanitary vegetable production. When it was used as organic matter, its long term effect would extend to the second crops.
