生長環境對甜椒果實形態及品質的影響

Effect of Environmental Factors on Quality and Fruit Morphology of Sweet Pepper

甜椒果實之形態與品質，在溫室，溫室外及低溫處理室三種不同生長環境下，各性狀之間有著差異存在，差異主要是生長溫度的不同所造所的，果實大小、重量、維他命C三者，皆以溫室外生長的果實為佳。生長溫度高對果實發育不利，對種子發育反應有利。10℃的低溫處理則完全抑制果實的發育。

Sweet pepper plants showed significant differences between fruit shape and fruit quality under different environmental conditions. These differences seem to be influenced by temperature during the growing period. Plants in the outdoor were greater in fruit size, weight and Vitamin C content. High temperature favored the seed development, but not for the fruit High temperature favored the seed development, but not for the fruit growth. Fruit development was almost inhibited after transferred into the 10℃ low temperature controlled room.
