洋菇廢堆肥培養草菇之研究

A Study on Straw Mushroom Cultivation with Waste Compost f Common Mushroom

在洋菇菇舍內利用洋菇廢堆肥培養草菇，以洋菇廢堆肥60公斤，加用廢棉10公斤，稻草10公斤及麥麩1公斤作成培養材料。作床後通入蒸氣提高溫度至60℃，維持六小時後降溫至35℃時接種，草菇生長期中維持34℃。試驗結果顯示出菇效果與通常用廢棉20公斤，稻草40公斤及麥麩1公斤者相同。但是可以降低洋菇及草菇之栽培成本，也增加了菇舍之利用率，菇農專業化經營之可能性大增。

A study of utilizing the waste compost of common mushroom on the cultivation of straw mushroom in plastic mushroom house was presented. The waste compost of common mushroom may yield similar amount of straw mushroom, if it was supplemented with small amount of rice straw, cotton waste and wheat bran. The use of waste compost for the cultivation of straw mushroom may not only reduce the cost of materials but also increase the utility of mushroom house. It may bring forth the conditions that the mushroom grower could grow the mushrooms all year round in Taiwan.
