洋菇線蟲在土壤中之分佈

Distribution of Mushroom Nematodes in Soil

自六十二年七月至六十三年四月，由臺灣中部探集土壤樣品計92年，以柏門氏法分離線蟲後，挑取其中之Aphelenchoides、Aphelenchus及Ditylenchus三屬線蟲，並各別接種於Alternaria citri菌絲內，供其繁殖。經一個月後，將繁殖殖線蟲接種於長滿洋菇菌絲之試管內，觀察其為害情形。在92件樣品中，含有Aphelenchoides spp、Aphelenchus spp.及Ditylenchus spp.者各有28件（佔樣品總數30.4%），15件（16.3%）及12件（13.0%）；為害洋菇菌絲者各有11件（佔該屬之39.3%），6件（40.00%）及0件。

The nematodes belong to the genera of Aphelenchoides, Aphelenchus and Ditylenchus of the 92 soil the samples collected from the northern and central Taiwan were picked and individually inoculated into the test tube cultivating Alternaria citri mycelia for mass production. Then the nematodes were testified for pathogenicity on mushroom mycelia. It was found that there were 28, 15 and 12 samples of Aphelenchoides, Aphelenchus and Ditylenchus nematodes among the 92 samples respectively. Within which 11, 6 and zero samples of Aphelenchoides, Aphelenchus and Ditylenchus nematodes were harmful to mushroom mycelia respectively.
