活性碳、蔗糖與無機鹽類濃度對臺灣一葉蘭種子發芽與小苗生長之影響

Effeet of Activated Charcoal, Sucrose and Mineral Concentration on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Pleione formosana

臺灣一葉蘭培於山區，於10月底至11月初采收成熟的果莢，播於knudson C培養基，內含9g/ℓ洋菜，加入2g/ℓ活性碳者，極明顯促進種子發芽、小苗發育與結球；含蔗糖10g/ℓ者，小苗細小發育不良；40g/ℓ者，原球體（Protocorm）矮莊，但葉片伸長不良，顯示濃度過高；含20-30g/ℓ者生育相近，但以30g/ℓ者最適。以MS培養基之不同主要元素濃度（即1/4、1/2及全濃度MS）與Knudson C配方相較，則以1/2 MS對小苗生長發育最佳，1/4 MS及Knudson C小苗線細，全量MS似已過濃，抑制葉的仲長。

The effect of activated charcoal, sucrose and mineral concentration on send germination and needling growth of Pleione formosana were studied. it was shown that medium containing 2g/1 activated charcoal enhanced seedling growth and development obviously. The needs germinated in Knudson C medium with 30g/l suerose had better growth than those lower (10-20g/l) or higher (40g/l) concentration. The half-strength MS medium wan the most suitable for seedling growth among whole strength and 1/4MS or Knudson C medium.
