以14OC2處理切離或未切離菇床的洋菇子實體研究其二氧化碳固定作用。發現無論有無光照,切離菇床的洋菇子實體於不同生育時期皆具有固定二戰化碳的能力,而以第3期子實體菌褶部分固定二氧化碳的能力較強。二氧化碳固定後初期主要以氨基酸及有機酸之形式存在,隨處理時間由1分延長至30分鐘,含14OC之氨基酸含量百分比逐漸增加,而有機酸逐漸減少。未從菇床切離的洋菇,其固定二氧化碳的能力與未切離者相似,初期主要產物亦以氨基酸及有機酸之形式存在,而氨基酸中以天門冬氨酸放射性最強,處理後繼續生長一段時間後,氨基酸及有機酸比例下降,而可溶性醣、澱粉及油脂的比例增加。
英文摘要
Mushroom were treated with 14CO2 to try to realize carbon dioxide fixation in detached fruitbody and intact fruitbody. The detached fruitbodies at different growth stages was found to be capable of fixing carbon dioxide in the light or in the dark. The gill of stage 3 showed a higher radioactivity than other test materials. The majority of the early products of fixed carbon dioxide were determined to be amino acids and organic acids at all stage and all parts of the fruitbody. The percentage of radioactivity in amino acids increased, on the other hand the percentage of radioactivity in organic acids decreased when the time of treatment was extended from 1 minute to 30 minutes. There was no difference in the ability of carbon dioxide fixation between detached and intact fruitbody, and the majority of early products in the intact fruitbody were amino acids and, organic acids too. Aspartic said was the major form of 14CO2 labelled amino acid. While the intact fruitbodies continuously grew for a period after treatment, the distribution percentages of radioactivity in amino acids and organic acids decreased but increased in sugars, starch and lipids.
