加工番茄機械化栽培之研究（二）加工番茄以益收生長素處理後不同採收期之研究

Studies on the Mechanized Cultivation of Processing Tomato (Ⅱ) Study of Different Harvest Date After Ethephon Treatments in Processing Tomato

於TM 103、Peto 86、台南選2號及TK 70四品種分別達到25%紅或粉紅果時為基點，處理益收生長素及不處理益收生長素。四品種在第一週後，益收生長素處理對紅熟果佔總產量比值並未有顯著差異；第二週後，TM 103與KT 70二品種益生長素處理顯著比未處理者有較高之紅熟果之比值；第三週後，除Peto 86外，其餘品種以益收生長素處理，紅熟果之比值顯著高於未處理者。

Four processing cultivars of tomato, TM 103, Peto 86, Tainan Selection No. 2, and TK 70, were sprayed with 1000 ppm ethephon at 25% red or pink fruit stage then the fruits were harvested at one, two, and three weeks after treatment. There is no significant differences in percentage of ripen fruit yield of one week after treatment between ethephon-treated and non-treated plots. Two weeks after treatment, the ethephon treated ones showed significantly increase in percentage of ripen fruit yield with the cultivars of TM 103 and TK 70. Ethephon treatment enhanced the increase of the ripen fruit yield percentage at three weeks after treatment in all cultivars except Peto 86.
