苄基腺嘌呤對夜來香切花保鮮效果之研究

Effect of Benzyladenine on the Postharvest Keeping Quality of Tuberose (Polianthus tubersoaL.) Cut Flower

重瓣夜來香切花以50〜200ppm苄基腺嘌呤（benzyladenine）噴佈處理後，對於未經貯藏或經5±1°C貯藏一週的切花有延長其瓶插壽命之功效，並能減少頂端小花蕾之黃化。經BA噴佈處理可改善切花於瓶插期間之吸水性、減少鮮重損失，噴施BA lOOppm者效果優於lOppm者。BA會促進切花產生乙烯，但是卻能降低切花的呼吸率。

Postharvest spraying with benzyladenine (BA) solution at50 ~ 200ppm extended the vase life and decreased the aborting buds of fresh cut and stored (5 ± 1°C) of tuberose cut flowers. Ba enhanced water uptake and decreased water loss in vase. Ethylene evolution of tuberose cut flower was promoted by BA. However, carbon dioxide production was decreased.
