本試驗利用'Golden Medal'及'Grand Gala'2個玫瑰切花用商業栽培品種,探討外加乙烯與藥劑處理,對玫瑰切花花朵開放及褥命上之影響。'Grand Gala'玫瑰切花以0.25-2 mM硫代硫酸銀(silver thiosulphate, STS)及10 mM氨基異丁酸(a-aminoisobutyric acid, AIB)預措24小時,可顯著延長切花瓶插壽命,減少切花之失重率及增加花朵開放直徑,而以氨基醋酸(aminooxyacetic acid, AOA)、亞胺環己酮(cycloheximide, CHI)處理者則無延長瓶插壽命之效果,且有毒害現象。外加0.1-2 ppm乙烯會促進Golden Medal'花朵初期的開放,且隨著處理濃度增加,切花鮮重及瓶插壽命隨之降低,顯示與乙烯之作用有關,而外加乙烯對'Grand Gala'花朵之開放及壽命則皆無影響。 |

Two cultivars of Rosa hybrid'Golden Medal'and'Grand Gala'were tested in this study to investigate the effects of exogenous ethylene and chemical pulse on the flowers opening and postharvest life of cut roses The vase life was extended at pulse treatment with 0.25-2 mM STS and 10 mM AIB to cut roses for 24 h then transfer to distilled water. The flowers'fresh weight daily decline rate was slowed down but the diameter of flower bloom increased. These were negative effects in AOA and CHI-treated, vase life was significantly reduced; and phytotoxicity were observed. Exogenous ethylene for 0.1-2 ppm had promoted flowers opening of cut'Golden Medal'rose flowers at the initial bloom stage. The fresh weight and vase life decreased along with the increasing concentration of ethylene addition. The data showed that ethylene supposedly played an effective role for'Golden Medal'. However, exogenous ethylene had little effect on bud opening and longevity were less affected for'Grand Gala'cut flowers. |
