本研究共收集九種商業塗敷劑,並測定各種產品之氧氣透過性及水氣透過性。其範圍分別為2,400-1,100,00ml×μm(平方公尺×day 25℃×atm)及100~65,000g×μm(平方公尺×day 40℃90%RH×atm)。柑桔類果實貯藏時需使用氧氣透過性高及水氣透過性低的塗敷劑,果實貯藏時才不易產生異味或增加失重率。將不同濃度之柑桔果蠟塗敷於栟柑、柳橙、海梨及桶柑,並貯藏於20℃,結果顯示,海梨能忍受較低之氧氣透過率(可用100% Rinrei's果蠟塗敷),柳橙次之(可使用70% Rinrei's,果蠟),椪柑又次之(使用50% Rinrei's果蠟),桶柑忍受力最差(可用30% Rinrei's果蠟)。 |

The permeability to O2 and water vapor was determined for nine commercial fruit wax coatings and LOPE, PP film. Permeability for citrus coatings should be high In O2 and low to water vapor to reduce transpiration us much as possible and not overly restrict respiration. 'Pontoon' tangor, 'Liucheng' orange, 'Haili' tongor and 'Tankan' tangor were coated with different concentration of Rinrei's wax. The optimum concentrations of Rinrei's coatings for the following citrus stored at 20℃were: 'Haili' tangor (100%), 'Liucheng' orange (70%), 'Ponkan' mandarin (50%) and 'Tankan' tangor (30%). |
