Laboratory tests on the effect of Bavestin and benlate on the Mycogone perniciosa showed that 0.25ppm concentration of these two fungicides inhibited ) the growth of mycelia and a concentration of 5ppm was the lethal dosage. These two fungicides also inhibited the mycelial growth of the mushroom. The inhibition of the mycelial growth of the mushroom was increased as the concentration of the fungicide increase. The residues of these two fungicides in the fruiting-body of mushroom was determined by colorimetric method. When 5 g pet ping of these two fungicides were applied in casing soil, the residues of these two fungicides was 5.55ppm in the fruiting-body in first flush; 3.01 ppm in the third flush; and 3.85 ppm in 5th flash. When lg/ping of these two fungicides applied on casing soil, residues of these two fungicides was 0.42 ppm in 1st flush, 0.075 ppm in 3rd flush and 0.02 ppm in 5 th flush. The residues of the fungicides in the fruiting body of mushroom was also determined by the paper disc method. The results showed that the residues was below 5 ppm during all harvest period in all concentration of the two fungicides applied in casing soil. |
