Phenological Growth Stages of Indian Jujube (Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.) on the Basis of the BBCH Scale

印度棗（Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.）為鼠李科（Rhamnaceae）熱帶常綠果樹，原產於印度、緬甸及雲南一帶。為了精確地描述印度棗果實的物候生長階段，因此使用兩位數的物候生長代碼並搭配照片說明。描述了總共七個主要生長階段（即芽，葉，枝發育，花序出現，開花，果實發育和果實成熟），以及四十個二次生長階段。不同生長階段其所對應的氣候及時間將有助於更有效地管理印度棗園。此外，它還可以作為評估氣候變化對作物物候影響的工具，及未來的栽培上的適應性。

Codes and descriptions are presented in response to phenological growth stages of Indian jujube fruit (Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.) according to the Biologische Bundesantalt, Bundessortenamt, and Chemische Industrie (BBCH) scale using two digits. The description of the phenological growth stages is combined with illustrations for clarification. A total of seven principal growth stages (namely, bud, leaf, shoot development, inflorescence emergence, flowering, fruit development, and fruit maturation) have been described, as well as forty secondary growth stages. The codification between the different growth stages and correct timing should help to achieve management of Indian jujube orchards more effectively. Furthermore, it can serve as a tool to assess the impact of climate change on crop phenology and to evaluate the adaptation under different weather conditions.
