大江匡房的「詩境記」──十一世紀日本人所寫的中國詩略史

Masafusa Oe`s 'Sikyoki'–a Brief History of Chinese Poetry Written by a Japanese in the Eleventh Century

大江匡房（1041-1111）是日本古代後期的代表文人，〈詩境記〉是他執筆的作品之一，這個作品以「詩境」的「境」之字意假想為一個國家、空間，他的「詩境」敘述了作詩的情形，這種方法是模仿唐朝初期王績的〈醉湘記〉。雖然內容簡略，但這個作品之所以引人注目，在於起於『詩經』，止於晚唐，它記述了中國詩史的發展。起於『詩經』，是指他從漢朝的連句、五言詩，從後漢、魏、梁到宋朝的變遷，依據〈毛師大序〉〈文選序〉《文心雕龍》《宋書謝靈運傳論》等作品的表現而記述。有關唐朝當中，杜甫、章孝標、許渾、杜筍鶴、溫庭蘊在日本的評價以及受容的情況做比較，他是值得探討的詩人。這個〈詩境記〉雖然只是簡略的記述，但是他是可以理解十一世紀日本的文人對中國詩史的發展的作品，因此透過它的記述與其他詩文資料作比較，可以理解當時在日本的中國文學受容情形。

Masafusa Oe (1041-1111) is the representative of literati in the later stage of ancient Japan. “Sikyoki”, modeled on Wang Ji's “Zui Xiang Ji” (Records in a Drunken Stupor), talks about writing poems. Wang is a Chinese scholar in the early years of the Tang Dynasty. Though it's very brief, the book records and narrates the development of the history of Chinese poetry: from the Book of Songs to the poets of the Tang Dynasty. Through this book, we try to understand the influence of Chinese literature to Japan.
