Concept Analysis of Postpartum Fatigue

產後疲憊（Postpartum fatigue）是產後高發生率的議題，不只影響產婦身心健康，也影響母職角色勝任，值得被關注。近期文獻對此缺乏系統性的概念分析，故本文將依Walker和Avant（2011）之概念分析方法，進行產後疲憊之概念分析，藉此闡述其定義性特徵，透過列舉典型案例、邊緣案例、相關案例、相反案例，以釐清概念、確認產後疲憊發生之前置因子與後果，並檢視相關實證資料。本文期能使臨床照護者以不同之視角瞭解產後疲憊，做為評估及照護產後個案之參考。

Postpartum fatigue is a common postpartum issue. It affects not only the physical and mental health of mothers, but also impacts the adaptation of the role of mother. Current literature on postpartum fatigue was short of systematic conceptual analysis. This paper conducted a concept analysis of postpartum fatigue in accordance with the concept analysis steps outlined by Walker and Avant (2011). We clarified the definition of relevant terms and identified the characteristic attributes, antecedents, and consequences of postpartum fatigue. Additionally, we provided examples of model, borderline, contrary, relevant cases and reviewed relevant empirical data. We expect that this concept analysis could enhance the understanding of postpartum fatigue among clinical caregivers from different perspectives of nursing, and as a reference to evaluate and take care of postpartum women.
