本研究以資訊系統持續使用模式為基礎,結合知覺有趣性、隱私機制及信任來探討高中(職)生Instagram之持續使用意圖。研究結果顯示:使用者之確認對知覺有用性、知覺有趣性有正向顯著影響;使用者之確認、知覺有用性、知覺有趣性及信任對滿意度有正向顯著影響,其中信任對於滿意度之直接影響效果最大;使用者之知覺有用性、知覺有趣性及滿意度對持續使用意圖有正向顯著影響,其中滿意度對於持續使用意圖之直接影響效果最大;隱私機制對信任有正向顯著影響;信任對持續使用意圖雖無顯著影響,但會透過滿意度間接影響持續使用意圖。
The study is based on Information Systems Continuance Model and combines with perceived enjoyment, privacy mechanism, and trust to investigate continuance intention of using Instagram among high school students. The results indicate that users' confirmation has significantly positive effects on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Besides, users' confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment and trust have significantly positive effects on satisfaction. Especially, trust has most positive effect on satisfaction. Moreover, users' perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on continuance intention. Satisfaction has most positive effect on continuance intention. In addition, privacy mechanism has significantly positive effects on trust. In contrast, trust has no direct effect on continuance intention, but it can indirectly influence through users' satisfaction. |
