學校領導是動員和影響他人的行為,可以對成員發揮一定的影響,產生許多正面的效果。藉由學校領導最佳實踐個案的實證探究,彰顯學校領導個案研究的特色及獨特性。分析架構可作為瞭解學校領導的一個全面性架構,和一種檢視特定領導焦點的指引。本文回顧各種研究架構,探究不同學校層級的學校領導,橫跨一般公立學校、特許學校、理念學校、中途學校、特殊學校、私立學校和華德福學校等,呈現學校領導實踐的不同風貌。最後,統整過去多年質性研究經驗,將個案研究在學校領導研究的應用,進行完整論述與探究,奠定質性研究的方法論基礎。
School leadership is the work of leading and influencing others can have impact on members and therefore follow generating positive effects. By empirically exploring to multiple cases of school leadership best practice, this study manifested the feature and uniqueness of case schools. Then, this study reviewed broad-based approach to study public schools, charter school, ideal-driven school, transition school, special school, private school, and ideal-driven school. At last, this study summarized the experiences of qualitative research in the past years and discussed the application of case study to school leadership research; it has established the foundation of qualitative methodology. |
