孤挺花中花型Hippeastrum glaucescens Mart.及大花型Hippeastrum hybridum Hort.‘Red Lion’實生苗,置於不同溫度及日照下,探討對鱗莖形成之影響。結果顯示中花型H. glaucescens Mart.鱗莖之肥大在8小時短日照下以20℃為最佳,其後順序為15℃>30℃>25℃;16小時長日照下則為30℃>15℃>20℃>25℃之順序。葉片生長於兩日照下皆以25℃較佳。葉片數以20及25℃時較多。第2葉長及最大葉長於兩日照下以30℃較長。鱗葉厚度於短日時第1鱗葉以20℃、第2鱗葉以15℃、第3鱗葉以25℃較肥厚,第4鱗葉則較無差異;長日時各鱗片厚度在30℃下較佳。短日下25℃之葉重為4.20g,20℃之球重為1.33g,葉球重比於短日及長日25℃時較高分別為4.08與4.44。而大花型'Red Lion'其鱗莖與地上部生育情況則與中花型相似。
This study discusses the effects of temperature and day length on the seedling (H. glaucescens and Hippeastrum ‘Red Lion’) growth. The result showed the best bulbling of H. glaucescens formed under short-day illumination at 20℃, followed by 15℃ > 30℃ > 25℃, and under long-day illumination at 30℃ >15℃>20℃>25℃. Leaves grew better under two days of light at 25℃. More leaves were found at 20℃ and 25℃. The 2nd greatest leaf length and the maximum leaf length were the greatest at 30℃ under a regimen of two days of light. Under short-day illumination, the 1st scale leaf at 20℃, the 2nd scale leaf at 15℃, and the 3rd scale leaf at 25℃ had better thickness, while it made no difference to the 4th scale leaf under long days, the better thickness formed at 30℃. The leaf weighed 4.2g at 25℃, and the bulb weighted 1.33g at 20℃ under short days. The ratios of leaf weight to bulb weight at 25℃ under short day and long day conditions were 4.44 and 4.08 respectively. The bulbling and seedling growth of Hippeastrum ‘Red Lion’ is similar to that of H. glaucescens. |
