整枝方式對洋香瓜著果率及果實品質之影響

The Effect of Pruning Method on Fruit Set and Fruit Quality of Melon (Cucumis melo var inodorous)

‘蜜世界’洋香瓜直立式單蔓栽培，於第11-13節位著果困難，推測為養分分配及生殖生長虛弱所致，因而進行整枝疏蔓調整。四種整枝方式中，以2蔓處理表現最佳，全株總葉面積、著果率、可溶性糖及澱粉含量顯著最高，分別為18486.9 cm^2、100%、12.3°Brix及11.7 mg/g。隨疏蔓強度增加，全株總葉面積及著果率顯著下降。果實重量以2蔓及1+1/2蔓處理顯著最大，分別為1452.3及1214. g，總可溶性固形物以單蔓及1+1/2蔓處理顯著最高，分別為16.0及15.6°Brix。 There is difficulty with fruit set of 'Honey World' from the 11^(th) to 13^(th) nodes due to the weakness in nutrient partition and plant growth during reproduction. In order to solve this problem, four pruning methods were conducted, two -vines treatment exhibited the best. In plant leaf area, fruit set rate, Total soluble sugar (TSS), and starch content, which were 18486.9 cm^2, 100%, 12.3 mg/g and 11.7 mg/g, respectively. Leaf area and fruit set rate continued to decrease as vine thinning increased. The fruit weight under two vines and the 1 + 1/2 vine treatment were 1452.3 g and 1214.1 g, respectively, which were significantly higher than single vine treatment. The total soluble solid (TSS) under single vine and 1 + 1/2 vine treatment were 16.0°Brix and 15.6°Brix, significantly higher than other two treatments.
