本研究探討補光與新舊椰纖屑對小胡瓜植株生長與果實產量與品質之影響。小胡瓜‘秀秀’冬作栽培於臺灣大學太陽光與人工光併用型植物工場,利用新調製椰纖屑及第五次使用之調製椰纖屑為栽培介質,在光強度低於30μmol.m^(-2).s^(-1)時,以T5燈(Wellypower, FH 28W/865)於側面補光至光強度250μmol.m^(-2).s^(-1)及維持光週期14h/10h,並以不補光為對照組。同樣以新椰纖屑栽培,相較於不補光者,補光增加‘秀秀’相對葉綠素含量,並提高單株總果重、單株總果數、總可溶性固形物與抗壞血酸含量。無論補光與否,‘秀秀’以新椰纖屑比以第五次使用之椰纖屑栽培者有較多葉片數與節間數、較高株高與相對葉綠素含量,並可提早10天採收。綜合比較太陽光與人工光併用型植物工場之所有處理,‘秀秀’以補光-新椰纖屑處理具有最高之單株總果重(935.7 g)、單株總果數(7.6條)與抗壞血酸含量(74.4μg.g^(-1))。
This research aimed to study the effects of supplemental inter-lighting and treated coir on plant growth, fruit yield and quality of cucumber. In the sunlight and artificial light combined type plant factory in winter at National Taiwan University (NTU), cucumber 'Shioushiou' was grown in new and the 5th-time reused 'treated coir', and supplementally inter-lighted with T5 fluorescent (Wellypower, FH 28W/865) to light intensity 250 μmol.m^(-2).s^(-1) and photoperiod 14 h/10 h when light intensity was lower than 30 μmol.m^(-2).s^(-1), and no inter-lighting was used as control. 'Shioushiou' grown in new treated coir with supplemental inter-lighting showed higher relative chlorophyll content, total fruit fresh weight per plant, total fruit number per plant, total soluble solid and ascorbic acid content than no inter-lighting control. 'Shioushiou' grown in new treated coir with or without supplemental inter-lighting could be harvested 10 days earlier than those grown in the 5th-time reused treated coir, with higher leaf number, internode number, stem height and relative chlorophyll content. Comparison among all treatments in the sunlight and artificial light combined type plant factory, 'Shioushiou' grown in new treated coir with supplemental inter-lighting had the highest total fruit fresh weight per plant (935.7 g), total fruit number per plant (7.6) and ascorbic acid content (74.4 μg.g^(-1)). |
