Post-tensioned structural systems have the property of frame recentering and result in small residual displacements after earthquakes. In Taiwan, related researches on the analytical model for this type of system are rather limited. To have further understanding of the post-tensioned structural systems, this project aimed to investigate their spectrum parameters. The analytical results showed that the cyclic behavior of the post-tensioned beam-to-column connections was primarily affected by the characteristics of tendons and energy dissipating devices. In addition, the hysteretic behavior of the post-tensioned beam-to-column connections can be simulated by PISA3D precisely. |
