太空中心與台科大團隊共同研發高光譜先進濾光元件一線性漸變濾光片(LVF)製造技術。2015年已完成濾光元件理論推導與分析、濾光元件理論設計模型建立及模擬、濾光元件薄膜膜層結構模型建立及模擬、現有之濾光元件製造技術評估、機台選定與參數分析、製造治具設計與組裝與濾光元件薄膜蒸鍍等。2015年並完成VNIR(可見光/近紅外光)波段濾光元件首批試製,產品良率高且性能符合規格需求。不同於其他一般濾光元件,LVF擁有線性漸變薄膜膜厚的特性,可在不同位置利用窄帶帶通或高通方式篩選光波,成為機載或衛載高光譜影像儀(HSI)酬載的關鍵元件,並可推廣至國內生醫光電產業相關領域的應用。
The manufacturing technology of hyperspectral advanced filter component, i.e., Linear Variable Filter(LVT), has been developed by the team composed of National Space Organization(NSPO) and National TaiwanUniversity of Science and Technology(NTUST) . Quite a few tasks have been accomplished for the optical filterdevelopment in the year of 2015 including theoretical derivation and analysis, construction of theoreticalmodeling and simulation, modeling and simulation of thin film layer structure, evaluation of current fabricationtechnologies, tooling evaluation and analysis of fabrication parameters, design of fabrication components andassembly for thin film coating, etc. |
