由國家太空中心劉人仰資深研究員帶領的產、學、研團隊,包括4家科技公司、11個學術團隊、與2個國家研發單位,十年在地深耕,成功研發受美國管制出口的精密光纖陀螺儀,於探空九號飛試成功。本團隊先後獲得國內外8項專利、2014德國紐倫堡發明展社會組金牌獎、2015美國R&D100獎項與國家實驗研究院傑出科技貢獻優良獎。此光纖陀螺儀使用國產超高可靠度光纖,並以獨特「光致退火」技術修復光纖光源於太空輻射照射下的退化損毀機制,為國際間首次能達成全修復的抗輻技術;而所開發單軸與三軸光纖陀螺儀,其角速度飄移穩定度與噪訊指標,分別優於外購陀螺儀60倍與40倍,並已進入小型量產,未來可大幅節省政府預算經費。此創新儀器與元件技術可應用於航太飛行器、太空遙感與通訊、太空穩定平台、地面與水下無人載具導控、國造潛鑑精準導航以及智慧型電網電流監控等。研製成果除了掌握重要國防與太空科技外,也具有廣大產業與學術效益,其卓越的貢獻因而獲選2015年行政院傑出科技貢獻獎。
A domestic Integrated Product Development Team(IPDT) led by NSPO(National Space Organization) overthe last ten years, consists of teammates from four local high-tech companies, eleven academic research groups, and two national research institutes, had successfully developed and fly-tested precision fiber-optic gyroscopes(FOG) in NSPO sounding rocket No.9. The FOG IPDT had been awarded so far eight US and Taiwan patents, andreceived prestige invention recognitions such as a gold medal award in the iENA Nuremberg Invention Fair in2014, and the so called ''Oscars of Innovation'' the US R&D 100 award in 2015. |
