The Attitude and Orbit Control System(AOCS) is a sophisticated electromechanical system with highlyintegrated software and hardware, and has been developed to comply with a variety of specifications ofspacecraft hardware and software in real-time control. In order to establish the HITL test system for AOCS andto verify the AOCS Electrical Ground Support System(EGSE), NSPO has taken advantage of commercial off-theshelfdevices in the rapid construction of the FORMOSAT-5 ACS Board Emulator as a platform that could emulatethe AOCS interface of the FORMOSAT-5 flight computer. From analysis and design to verification of the AOCSHITL test system, NSPO has devised the self-reliant crucial techniques of software development and hardwareintegration in the satellite bus development. |
