Investigating the Design Logic of the Readymade Design from Semiotics Viewpoint

福爾摩沙衛星七號計畫（以下簡稱福衛七號）為台美雙方國際合作計畫，由太空中心與美國國家海洋暨大氣總署（National Oceanicand Atmospheric Administration, NOAA）共同執行，計畫任務目標為建立一個由12顆衛星所組成的衛星星系，以接續福衛三號任務。同時，太空中心發展一顆兼具在軌備用與技術開發的自主衛星，以增加任務可用性並作為關鍵技術驗證的平台。 The FORMOSAT-7 Program is a Taiwan-U.S. collaboration mission between NSPO and the National Oceanicand Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) of the United States. The objective of the FORMOSAT-7 Program is toprovide an extended 12-satellite constellation to continue the FORMOSAT-3 Program. NSPO has selected SurreySatellite Technology Ltd as the FORMOSAT-7 spacecraft bus joint developer and supplier through an open bidRFP(Request for Proposal) in 2012. The contract inauguration ceremony was conducted at NSPO on September 6, 2012, which marked the official beginning of the joint development of the FORMOSAT-7 mission spacecraft bus.In addition, NSPO also emphasizes the system/subsystems design and analysis of the self-developed satelliteas an add-on value to NSPO capability built-up of the small satellite-class. In preparation for enhancing thecurrent SOCC(Satellite Operations & Control Center) capability for increased multiple-satellite missions, NSPOhas completed the system critical design of the front-end auxiliary data processor development for the satelliteto-ground communication network. NSPO has been working with Taiwan Typhoon and Flood Research Institute(TTFRI) and Central Weather Bureau(CWB) for the domestic development of radio occultation data assimilation, application, and verification in the weather forecast system.
