Introduction to Privacy-preserving Mechanisms for Artifi cial Intelligent Systems

隨著人工智慧系統的興起和普及，無所不在的智慧服務讓人們生活更加便利，特別是大數據分析技術的發展，讓工業界和學術界可以觀察到許多過去不容易察覺的趨勢或現象，但同時這些智慧服務所儲存和使用的大量個人資料也讓隱私資訊安全議題受到越來越多的重視。本文探討適用於人工智慧系統特別是大數據分析系統的隱私資訊安全保護機制，回顧這個領域的發展情況及目前熱門技術，並探討常見的使用情境和應用。 With the rise of artificial intelligence, many intelligent services have benefited our life; one of them is Big Data technology, which has helped the industry and the academia get the trends that are not easy to be observed in the past. However, it also has raised the serious privacy concerns while the massive amounts of our personal data are routinely collected in this Big Data era. This paper introduces several privacy-preserving mechanisms for artificial intelligent systems, especially Big Data systems, gives a review, and discusses all possible scenarios of them.
