表面增顯紅外光技術近年來逐漸受到重視,並應用於界面科學的研究分析。將此技術結合紅外光分析既有的全反射概念,可克服過去紅外光對於水溶液系統在界面分析方面的限制,並大為提升其訊號的強度、縮短量測所需的時間。此外,它更可結合電化學分析,同步量測物質在電極表面的反應。本文將從理論與目前的應用發展兩方面,介紹表面增顯紅外光技術,並對其未來的發展提出新的觀點。
Recently, surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy(SEIRAS) has been received more attention and applied in the field of surface analysis. Combing SEIRAS with attenuated total reflection configuration(ATRSEIRAS) , it can overcome the limitation of infrared spectroscopy for the measurement of aqueous solution in the past. ATR-SEIRAS can greatly increase the signal intensity and decrease the detection time. Moreover, this technique can measure the infrared spectroscopy of electrode surface simultaneous with electrochemical reaction. Here, we will introduce the theory and application of ATR-SEIRAS, and propose a new perspective for its development in the future. |
