火針療法治療蜂窩性組織炎：腓腨發──蜂窩性組織炎治療概念之探討

A Case Report of Cellulitis Treated by Caloripuncture

本案病例報告之患者於門診治療前兩週因為車禍撞擊導致跌坐損傷，左側小腿脛內側遭摩托車壓傷，產生皮損，而後傷口未癒且發生蜂窩性組織炎，期間雖至整形外科門診就醫，且使用抗生素治療，但腫脹未消且加劇，伴隨按壓疼痛以及腫脹，瘡口不收同時有膿出，疼痛影響活動及生活。經中醫四診及分析後，歸咎其原因發於外傷而損傷筋脈，產生瘀傷所致。對應中醫外科學，本病應屬於發症，《證治準繩．外科－卷四》：「又名腓?發疽、腓?疽。」、「此證發於腓?，即小腿肚也。由腎水不足膀胱積熱，凝結而成，古方云不治。」，除了發生的位置之外，由過往醫家所見本病常因外傷導致，若無妥善治療及傷口的照護，很容易發展成嚴重的感染，甚至造成生命安全危害。本病患者就醫時距離受傷已有兩週，雖經抗生素治療但腫痛仍加劇，於中醫門診接受火針療法治療，並且配合科學中藥服用，間隔一週後再度回診治療，共經過兩次火針療法後，瘡口退紅消腫，無膿血出且瘡口收口癒合，且無其他不適症狀。 The case of this report had suffered from cellulitis after a motorcycle accident for two weeks. The pus-filled wound on patient`s tibia did not heal with redness remained. After plastic surgery out-patient department visiting and antibiotic treatment, the wound suppurated and symptoms did not improve. Cellulitis is often related to trauma and accident. If patient did not receive properly treatment, it can easily develop into serious infections and even cause life safety hazards. The patient has been injured for two weeks at the time of medical treatment. Although he had been treated with antibiotics, the wound swelling and pain are still intensified. Due to suffering from cellulitis and the unsuccessful common Western medicine weeks, the patient visited our outpatient services and received Caloripuncture treatment. After continued in the outpatient treatment two times by Caloripuncture, the discomfort due to cellulitis was released, and there was exudation no more from the healed-wound finally.
