伴隨資訊爆炸、教育國際化,評量學習力儼然成為當前所有教育者共同關注的問題。教育的初衷是為了引導與發掘學習者的潛能,核心素養成為學習者適性發展的橋樑,本研究以素養導向之學習評量為研究目的,探討如何培養二十一世紀學習者應具備之關鍵能力:一、學習與創新技能;二、數位素養;三、生活與工作能力等核心技能及評量學習者學習成效與回饋方法。研究方法以蒐集十二篇與素養評量相關文獻並進行分析,依據十二年國民基本教育領域課程綱要核心素養內涵三面九項分類整理,檢視學習評量中核心價值教學者理念與學習者實踐評量。研究結果以學習者為學習中心(Student-centered learning)作為教學觀,審視教學者角色與其評量模式改變以協助學習者適性發展與學習,落實教學者培養學習者核心技能,表達學習過程也是評量重點要素之一,藉由檢討過去紙筆測驗與持續推廣多元評量之差異說明,提供未來教學者培育學習者之參考依據。
Accompanied by information explosion, internationalization of education, and assessment learning ability has develop the current issue of common concern for all educators. The original intention of education is to guide and explore the potential of learners, but also the essential literacy becomes the bridge for learners for adaptability development. The research aims to studies how to train the key abilities of learners in the 21st century, such as ?the Literacy-based instruction assessment?: First, learning and innovation skills; Second, digital literacy; and Third is core competencies such as living and working ability and more-over evaluate learners' learning effectiveness and respond of living to feedback. The research method collects twelve articles and related to literacy-based assessment and analyzes them, according to the core accomplishment connotation of 12-Year Basic Education Curricula field, ?three-principles and nine real-life scenarios?, and also examine the core values of ?The teaching concept? and ?Learner's practice implementation ? in the instruction assessment. The research results take learners as the Learning Center (student-centered learning) as the teaching concept, for example, to view the role of the instructor change the evaluation to assist the learners to develop and study, and implement the learners 'core skills and express ? Learning process ?is also one of the key factors of evaluation, by reviewing the past? paper-and-pencil test ?and now promoting ? multiple assessment? of the differences, to provide the future of teaching learners to cultivate learners reference. |
