國產罐頭捲封檢查報告

EXAMINATION OF THE DOUBLE SEAM OF DOMESTIC TIN CANS

本調查以國產四種罐徑之罐頭檢體66罐加以檢驗，罐徑211者15罐，罐徑301者21罐，罐徑300者17維，罐徑307者16罐。檢驗項目包括內、外觀之視覺檢查、捲封寬度（W）、捲封厚度（T）、維鈞（BH）、蓋銷（CH）、釣臺率（OL％）、皺紋度等。經檢驗結果捲封寬度、捲封厚度、罐鈉、蓋超出合格標準者，在罐徑307各為3罐、6罐、5罐、1罐；在罐徑301各為8罐、8罐、11罐、3罐；在罐徑300各為7罐、1罐、9罐、0罐；而在罐徑211則各為、7罐、1罐。其中罐徑301超出合格標準者較多，宜加以注意。皺紋度五級以上者有26罐，釣臺率45％以下者有16罐，內部下垂50％以上者有2罐，尖銳捲緣者有4罐，捲緣不平者有1罐。 The double seam of sixty six different sizes of domestic tin cans, including 15 cans of diameter 211, -17 cans of diameter 301, 17 cans of diameter 300 and 13 cans of diameter 307, were examined for outer and interior appearance, width (W), thickness (T), body hook (BH), cover hook (CH), overlap percentage (OL%) and wrinkling (WR). The number not meeting standards of W.T.BH.CH were as follows: can diameter 307:3,6,5,1. can diameter 301:8,8,11,3. can diameter 300:7,1,9,0. can diameter 211:2,2,7,1. According the above results, those of diameter 301 should be paid more attention by manufacturers. The results of examination for WR, OL%, ID, sharp seaming were discussed.
