自全省抽樣381件市售十三類食品，分離檢驗動物性異物。計有85件檢體檢出昆蟲、螞蟻死骸碎片及動物體毛等異物。其中以散裝蜜袋檢出率達50％最高，水產煉製品、魚鬆、肉鬆、乾製蔬菜、糖果與糕餅類食品亦分30％之檢體含動物性異物。而具密封包裝市售食品如沖泡式飲料、奶粉、罐頭類等含動物性異物者較少。
Thirteen categories of market food, totally 381 samples, were collected for the examination of animal extraneous materials. Insect fragments, ants and hair were isolated from 85 samples. Among these items, unpacked sugar-preserved fruits had as high as 50% detection rate. While for packed items, few animal extraneous materials were discovered. |
