利用高效液相層析法同時分離、定量a-Tocopherol, a-Tocopheryl Acetate及a-Tocopheryl Nicotinates等成分

SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN E AND ITS DERIVATIVES BY HPLC

利用高效液相層析法分離及定量維他命E類中a-Tocopherel（TOC），a–TocopherylAcetate（TOA）Ka–TocopherylNicotinate（TCN）等成分，以Anthracene為內部標準品，採用ZorbaxODS層析管（4.6mmI.Dx15cm），以甲醇為移動相（1.5m|min.），紫外光波長280nm偵測器。於16分鐘內可同時分離，定量上述三成分，分離效果良好，簡單速。 A high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis was developed for simultaneous separation and determination of a-tocopherol, a-tocopheryl acetate and a-tocopheryl nicotinate in vitamin E pharmaceutical preparations on a column (4.6 mm I.Dx15 cm) Zorbax ODS, with methanol as the mobile phase (1.5 ml/min.). Anthracene was used as an internal standard and a UV detector was set at 280 nm. It was found that the whole procedure could be completed within 16 minutes.
