自1982年7月至1983年6月由臺灣地區抽驗市售進口乳製品共101件，調查其衛生狀況，包括重金屬（鉛、銅）含量，細菌（包含生菌數、大腸桿菌屬細菌、沙門氏桿菌）污染情形，經檢驗結果，其含鉛量在0.16～.02ppm，含銅量在0.13～4.07ppm，生菌數10～8700個／公克，大腸桿菌屬細菌與沙門氏桿菌均未檢出。
101 samples of imported dairy products were examined for sanitation status including heavy metals (lead, copper) and bacteria (total viable count, coliform bacteria and Salmonella) during July 1982 to June 1983. The results were as follows: lead 0.16-2.02 ppm, copper 0.13-4.07 ppm, total viable counts 10-8700/g, coliform bacteria and Salmonella, not detected. |
