本調查於民國72年6月份價購自台北市等六地區之各大百貨公司超級市場及進口食品商行600件進口食品，調查其使用著色劑情形，檢驗結果600件進口食品中使用之色素與我國現行規定不符件數共23件，佔3.83％。
In an attempt to understand the present color additive status in imported foods, 600 samples were purchased from supermarkets and retail stores. The percentage of samples added with non-permitted food colors was 3.83. One third of samples were added with natural food colors. |
