背景:近年來,馬拉松、路跑等活動已成為全民運動,民眾越來越重視自我健康及運動成效,而體能對於國軍人員相對重要。適當運動可降低動脈粥狀硬化和冠心病發生,卻也可能提高猝死風險。因冠心病急救黃金時間短,冠狀動脈心臟病常是猝死的主要原因。目的:結合穿戴式科技及心力指標找出三千公尺完跑秒數與加速度心力指標下降率關聯性,建立3000公尺徒手跑步成績預測模型,使未來能夠應用於運動,隨時注意自身健康狀況。方法:本研究招募北部某軍校大學部、研究所學生及勤務連人員,研究個案分為測驗一次(96位)及一次(含)以上測驗人員(20位),共計116位。參加者須能完成三千公尺跑步,跑步時由穿戴式裝置記錄每秒心跳、加速度等數據以計算加速度心力指標下降率,以描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、線性迴歸、羅吉斯迴歸以及廣義估計方程式進行分析,探討人口學特徵、生理學參數及BioHarness 3.0參數與三千公尺跑步完成時間及其合格與否之相關性並建立其預測模型。結果:人口學變項中的腰圍、臀圍、BMI及抽菸與否與三千公尺完跑秒數有顯著相關;加速度心力指標第120秒下降率與三千公尺完跑秒數相關性最大(R= -0.3, p value=0.055),加速度心力指標最大值後180秒下降率能更佳預測三千公尺完跑秒數(R2=0.05,p value = 0.09);跑步活動量累積一分鐘(ACi=1)及跑步時第六分鐘活動量心力比值相較於第一分鐘心力比值(CFRr.AC.w1i6)與三千公尺跑步完成時間達統計上顯著意義且呈現負相關,表示跑步時每秒活動量及心力比值越大完成秒數越少越傾向合格;跑步活動量累積七分鐘(ACi=7)與三千公尺跑步成績合格與否亦達統計上顯著意義。測量(含)一次以上者於走路時尖峰加速度心力指標累積三分鐘(CFI.AC.WALK=3)能預測3000公尺跑步完成時間,且心力指標越大完成時間越短;跑步時活動量累積第三分鐘(ACi=3)及跑步時第七分鐘活動量心力比值相較於第一分鐘心力比值(CFRr.AC.w1i7)可預測三千公尺跑步成績合格與否,活動量越大及心力比值越大越傾向合格。結論:本研究結果可作為國軍體能鑑測及預防醫學參考,未來可將穿戴式裝置納入國軍體能鑑測裝備中,以監測國軍人員體能鑑測時運動下即時狀態,降低運動傷害風險及意外傷害發生。 Background:Physical exercises such as jogging has always been a popularity among the exercising majority, as major sports events like marathons or triathlons draw in the thousands, people have become actively engaged in promoting health and physical performance. Proper exercise can reduce the occurrence of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, but may also increase the risk of sudden death due to its short prime time. Aim:Our research strives to develop a physical performance prediction model of the 3000 Meter Run test through wearable technology which can lower risks of danger and deliver a safer method of physical fitness examination. Methods:Participants include cadets, graduate students and solders of a logistics service company, which are divided into two groups: 96 subjects who participated the experiment only once, and 20 subjects who conducted more than once. Results:There is a positive correlation between completion time and the score of the 3000 Meter Run test in terms of two variables: waistline and smoking habits. There is negative correlation between ACi=1,CFRr.AC.w1i6 and completion time of 3000 Meter Run test. Accumulation of heart activities during running to the seventh minute (ACi=7) is statistically significant with the qualification of the 3000 Meter Run test. In terms of subjects participating more than one test, CFI.AC.WALK=3 is capable of predicting their completion time of the 3000 Meter Run, with higher values corresponding to shorter completion time. In addition, the ratio of accumulation of heart activities during running to the third minute (ACi=3) and heart activities of the seventh minute(CFRr.AC.w1i7), is more applicable to predict the score of the 3000 Meter Run test than the ratio of ACi=3 compared to the heart activities to the first minute, with higher values of heart activity ratios corresponding to shorter completion time. Conclusion:Our study provides insight into military physical fitness exams and preventive medicine. We expect to incorporate wearable technology into physical performance examinations to monitor real-time health status of exam participants, hopefully in the long run we can lower health risks and prevent future incidents from happening again.
