谷歌地圖呈現醫院間高血壓重複用藥率之比較

A dashboard on the Google Maps to show the comparison of duplicate prescription rates in patients with high blood pressure for hospitals in Taiwan

探討谷歌地圖呈現醫院間高血壓重複用藥之績效。我們擷取健保署網站醫療品質資訊公開之468家醫療院所（簡稱醫院）高血壓重複用藥率的指標資料（自2011年第3季至2017年第3季，共計25季），整理出完整資料的有效樣本408家醫院。利用各項量表信度及效度指標：（1）評估高血壓重複用藥率指標資料的品質；（2）依據谷歌地圖製作醫院高血壓重複用藥率的圖示儀表板；（3）加權層級醫院高血壓重複用藥率的改善成果分數，評定哪類層級醫院表現最優？結果：結果顯示，（1）各醫院高血壓重複用藥率指標資料符合信度及效度的品質；（2）谷歌地圖能夠清楚且容易呈現圖示儀表板；（3）醫學中心高血壓重複用藥率改善成果的表現最優。結論：本研究建置谷歌地圖呈現圖示儀表板的品質報告卡，對於健保署網站醫療品質資訊公開之其他44項指標，提供一具網路科技應用的可行性示範。 We demonstrated a dashboard that can be shown on Google Maps to show the comparison of duplicate prescription rates(DPR) in patients with high blood pressure for hospitals and clinics in Taiwan. Data related to duplicate prescription rates of 468 hospitals for the past 25 quarters(from Q3 2011 to Q3 2017) were downloaded from the website of the Taiwan National Health Issuance Administration(NHIA). A total of 408 hospitals are eligible because the data are complete. We used scale quality indicators (1) to assess the quality of the study data; (2) create a dashboard that can be traced on the Google Maps; (3) select the hospital level that perform better in the trend and competition of DPR using the weighted scores across types of hospital and percentages of performances on the Google Maps. Results: We found that (1) the DPR data slightly fit the predictable requirement and are appropriate for further analyses; (2) the dashboard showing on the Google Maps with multidisciplinary functionalities is feasible and applicable; (3) the level of medical centers earns the merit of performance in DPR. Conclusions: The demonstration of dashboard-type quality report care of DPR on the Google Maps can inspire other 44 quality indicators of NHIA in use for healthcare providers in the future.
