曾有人說:人是台灣最美的風景。在現今社會,越來越注重人與人之間的互動,其中餐廳人員親切且面帶微笑地與消費者互動,更能得到消費者青睞。如今也逐漸重視餐廳人員關係美學,進而從各個面向尋找美的蹤跡。因此,本研究首先透過文獻的探討歸納出烤鴨餐廳人員關係美學的內涵及相關的構面,再以Q方法進行分析探討,以一般上班族為研究對象,有效問卷有13份,根據研究結果歸納出餐廳關係美學的內涵,由優質貼心型、專業互動型及慕名探訪型所組成。
Someone once said: People are the most beautiful scenery in Taiwan. Currently, more and more attention is paid to the interaction between people. Among them, the restaurant staff interacts with consumers with a friendly and smiling face, which is more popular with consumers. Nowadays, we are gradually paying attention to the aesthetics of restaurant personnel, and then looking for beauty from all directions. Therefore, this study firstly summarizes the connotation and related facet of the relationship between the staff of the roast duck restaurant through the literature discussion, and then analyzes and discusses it with the Q method. The general office worker is the research object, and 13 valid questionnaires are summarized according to the research results. The connotation of the aesthetics of the restaurant relationship consists of high-quality intimate, professional interactive and admiring visits. |
