中醫藥典籍數位典藏現況探討

Digital Classics Archive of Traditional Chinese Medicine

本研究旨在探討國內外中醫藥典籍之數位典藏現況，並參考各界意見提出相關建議。研究方法為透過專家座談、文獻蒐集、訪問和參加說明會等方式，探討各界對於中醫藥典籍數位典藏現況問題之看法與建議。研究發現台灣中醫藥典籍之相關數位資源有典藏分散、影像與全文難兩全、查詢功能不彰、權威不明之內容充斥、數位資源標準各異等問題，並面臨著中國目前發展狀況的考驗。本研究據此結果對於我國未來推動「中醫藥典籍數位典藏」計畫提出務實可行之規畫建議。

The purpose of this study is to investigate current global situation of digital classics archive of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and thereby make some proposals for improvement. Study methods include holding panel discussions of experts from several disciplines, literature reviews, interviews and joining relative seminars. The results show that existent digital resources of TCM are scattered all over the world, most of them not offering both images and fulltexts and seldom building metadata, their searching tools not helpful or user friendly, and information offered by many TCM websites being unverified or doubtful. According to these results, this study suggests some practical proposals to improve people's comprehension and competitiveness and the role played by the TCM community in Taiwan.
