幼兒園園長學習領導之初探

An Exploratory Study on Leadership for Learning among Preschool Principals

本研究採用文獻分析法（literature review）瞭解幼兒園園長學習領導之定 義、概念、現況與研究，以供未來相關研究之參考，本研究依據文獻分析結果 提出以下建議：（一）配合幼兒園園長專業訓練課程持續推廣；（二）建立幼 兒園園長學習領導之內涵；（三）持續建構幼兒園園長學習領導相關之研究。

This study performed literature review to understand the definition， related concepts， and current status of preschool principals’ leadership for learning. Based on the analysis results， recommendations were proposed as follows: (1) The concept of leadership for learning should be promoted by incorporating it into the professional training courses for preschool principals; (2) The meaning of leadership for learning for preschool principles should be developed based on the local context of Taiwan; and (3) More studies on preschool principals’ leadership for learning should be conducted in the future.
