長期照顧服務使用者之需求分析：以屏東縣為例

Research on Long-Term Care Service Users9 Needs: The Case of Pingtung County

本研究以屏東縣長期照護管理中心於2014年所執行之長期照顧服務需求調 查資料為基礎，以居家照顧服務使用之受訪者為對象，使用邏輯迴歸模型分析 影響服務使用者的四大類居家照顧服務需求程度之因素。其結果顯示，子女為 主要經濟來源、日間獨處、社區參與、日常生活功能與認知功能等，對於協助 飲食及用藥、協助身體活動及移位、協助日常生活及起居與維持與發展社會功 能等四大類居家照顧服務具有顯著的影響。其中，僅日間獨處與各類居家照顧 服務間存在負相關。就主要發現之内涵觀之，結合現有以服務使用者個人為主 的居家照顧服務，以及以社區為中心的日間照顧、日托服務等長期照顧服務， 應為後續發展長期照顧服務之主要方向。再者，本研究亦顯示，服務之規劃與 核定，應以個別化需求為考量。對此，衡諸當前各國的長期照顧服務模式，以 在地老化為核心且結合個人與社區為服務核心的「小規模多機能」模式，應為 一合適的策略。

This research employs the data of a long-term care services survey in Pingtung County in 2014， and the analysis here is based on care service users5 needs. The results illustrated that the source of income (especially from children)， living alone in daytime， attending community activities， ADL and SPMSQ levels had significant relationship with the four categories of domestic services defined by this research. In addition， living alone in daytime was the only variable with negative relationship with all the four types of domestic services. Accordingly， it implies that， on the one hand， the domestic services， day care services， day nursing services and some other longterm care services have to be well integrated in order to meet people5s needs. On the other hand， the results concluded that care service users had different needs and preferences on the items of services regarding to their backgrounds， which suggested that the services have to be fully personalised. In this case， an institute that delivers small-sized multi-functional services may be the solution to it.
