cultivation of “clinical competence” in nursing staff is the most important part of nursing education. Case method is an effective method for solving the gap between theory and practice. When clinical patients are moved to the classroom for instruction and discussion, students can observe entire real clinical situation cases, from patients admission to discharged. In this case, the patients' incidents teach students how to integrate past nursing care knowledge, use critical thinking to make appropriate judgments, and then choose the right nursing decisions to achieve the ultimate solution to the patients' problems and implement correct nursing skills. The “Comprehensive Nursing and Skill Performance” curriculum is our school four-year technology college nursing department opens curriculum before “lastmile curriculum.” The curriculum design content aims to integrate each subject study experiences and to strengthen each subject's practical ability and clinical practice. Therefore, author chose “clinical-scenario case method” as the teaching strategy of this curriculum and expect to communicate the result of teaching experience. Results show that the average score of students on the “clinical-scenario case method” was 4.83 (up to 5 points), indicating that students agree with and accept the teaching strategy of the “clinicalscenario case method.” The findings improve the learning satisfaction of students and show that the method may increase students' interest in learning, critical thinking, and problem solving ability.
